Not to spend evenings coordinating schedules, chasing paperwork, tracking down equipment, or wondering whether patient cancellations will affect their paycheck. Requirements
- Active California Occupational Therapist License
- Valid driver's license

- Home health experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform occupational therapy evaluations and reassessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Help patients improve safety, independence, and functional performance within their home environment
- Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Complete documentation accurately and timely
