Requirements

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (unless grandfathered under bachelor’s accreditation transition)
  • Passionate about improving children’s lives

Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services to a diverse pediatric population.
  • Collaborate with on-site OT, PT, Speech, and ABA Therapy teams.
  • Utilize guidance from Board-Certified Behavior Analysts for challenging cases.
  • Expand clinical skills through specialty training and mentorship.
  • Participate in quarterly community service initiatives.
  • Potentially lead programs, mentor clinicians, or expand services in the community as career grows.

  • $33.65 – $40.87 per hour based on experience ($70,000-$85,000/yr)
