Occupational Therapist
About The Position
No Limits Pediatric Therapies is seeking a pediatric Occupational Therapist to help children thrive at home, at school, and in the community. The therapist will evaluate and treat children using play-based, neuro-affirming, and strengths-focused approaches; develop individualized treatment plans that support children and their families; and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of occupational, physical, and speech-language therapists. The position offers mentorship, professional development, community engagement, and structured onboarding. The organization describes its culture as supportive, positive, collaborative, and growth-minded, with flexible scheduling and manageable caseloads. The role is in person at No Limits Pediatric Therapies and pays $45–$62 per hour.
Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current state license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Enthusiasm for helping children gain independence and confidence through creativity and play.

- Experience with sensory integration or feeding therapy.
