AIM (Assessment Intervention Management) is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity. Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Texas OT license, maintained in good standing throughout engagement
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation

- Experience with lifting, transferring, and positioning students with physical disabilities
Responsibilities
- Provide school-based occupational therapy services consistent with each district's service delivery model
- Maintain accurate, comprehensive documentation of all services provided
- Provide clinical supervision to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as engaged
- Develop and deliver in-service and training sessions for staff and families
- Support OT students and affiliates as opportunities arise
- Ensure documentation meets Federal, State, and local funding and compliance requirements
- Support students with physical disabilities, including lifting, transferring, and positioning
