We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing outpatient clinic in Union City, CA. Requirements

Current California Occupational Therapist License.
Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current NBCOT certification.

Responsibilities

Evaluate pediatric clients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services for children with developmental, sensory, neurological, orthopedic, and motor delays.
Address fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, visual-motor integration, self-help, feeding (if applicable), and activities of daily living.
Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, physicians, educators, and families to ensure coordinated care.
Educate parents and caregivers on home programs and strategies to maximize progress.
Complete evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain a positive, engaging, and therapeutic clinic environment.
