Requirements

Licensed Occupational Therapist in Washington

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat children using evidence-informed, play-based strategies
Collaborate with a fun, interdisciplinary team of OTs, SLPs, PTs, and behavioral health
Connect with families to support function and independence across settings
Have the option to work with adult patients who are “kids at heart,” if that’s your jam
Participate in monthly reflective consultation to support clinical growth and emotional bandwidth
Work 1:1 with patients in beautiful, private treatment spaces
Focus on patients while a front desk team handles scheduling
Utilize protected weekly focus hour for catch-up and collaboration with outside professionals

Benefits

$85,000–$120,000/year, depending on experience and schedule
