Occupational Therapist
About The Position
Big Stone Therapies is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join its therapy team in Montevideo, Minnesota, serving the Luther Haven community. The role is listed as part-time or full-time, benefited, at 0.6–1.0 FTE, with a generally scheduled 24–40 hours per week depending on candidate preference and a flexible Monday-through-Friday schedule. The position primarily serves patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF/LTC), with additional opportunities to provide care in assisted living and independent living (ALF/ILF) settings. The therapist works in collaborative, multidisciplinary care teams alongside physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists to provide patient care. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Must have or be eligible for Occupational Therapy licensure in Minnesota.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients, primarily in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care setting.
- Provide care in assisted living and independent living settings as opportunities arise.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to support patient care.
