About The Position
H2 Health Prime Living is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide 1:1 care in luxury senior living communities in Arvada and Lowry. This position involves evaluating and treating a primarily geriatric caseload with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, neurologic movement disorders, ADLs, and cognitive decline. The therapist will work independently and in teams, making decisions based on patient functional needs.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active or eligible state license to practice
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience is preferred
- New graduates are welcome
Responsibilities
