Requirements
- Have a Master’s in Occupational Therapy
- Are registered (or eligible) with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists.
- Interest in trauma-informed practice and supporting clients with complex needs
- Love working with people and celebrating progress, big or small
- Are a new grad or have experience
Responsibilities
- Helping clients regain independence and confidence
- Supporting return-to-work journeys (cue the comeback stories)
- Delivering care that’s evidence-based, outcome-focused, and human in approach
- Working alongside a team that pushes each other to be better
