About The Position

We're thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team and make a meaningful impact! This role offers a SIGN ON BONUS of $5000. The Total Compensation Potential for this Occupational Therapy (OT) Position is $70,000 - $85,000 per year. Our Director of Talent Development, also a tenured occupational therapist with over 15 years at Cole Pediatric Therapy, will contact you to talk further about these opportunities and their experience at Cole Health. In addition to a rewarding occupational therapy (OT) career, we offer on-site cross-discipline mentorship between Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, collaboration with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, diverse patient population for expanded treatment options, career growth opportunities and leadership development, involvement in therapeutic mission work both internationally and locally, and exceptional and manageable productivity requirements of only 26 of your 40 hours in direct patient care. Requirements

Texas State license in Occupational Therapy (OT)
Master's or doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) required unless transitioned into accreditation with a bachelor's degree
Passion for changing the lives of others

Nice To Haves

Experience in pediatric Occupational Therapy (OT) preferred

Responsibilities

Create a schedule that works for you! (traditional five day/8 hours; can do four 10 hour days or even three 10-12 hour days)
On-site cross-discipline mentorship between Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy
Collaboration with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, offering support in challenging behavior scenarios
Diverse patient population for expanded treatment options
Involvement in therapeutic mission work both internationally and locally
Exceptional and manageable productivity requirements of only 26 of your 40 hours in direct patient care
Clinical Competency Specialist to provide specialty specific training and education
DEI (Diversity, Equality and Inclusion) committee involvement
Quarterly community service projects and employee group activities
