About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking newly graduated Occupational Therapists for their innovative Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. This program offers a blend of mentorship and independence, allowing new graduates to launch their careers while receiving support to become confident, successful, and well-rounded professionals. FOX Rehabilitation was founded in 1998 and was the first private practice in the U.S. to provide outpatient services in a home setting, offering clinicians flexibility and autonomy while ensuring top-tier, 1:1 patient care. The organization is nationally recognized and continues to grow, employing over 4,000 PTs, OTs, and SLPs.

Requirements

• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Occupational Therapist in MD.
• Graduate from an accredited OT program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Exceptional patient service delivery.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence.
• Desire to develop professionally.
• Passion for patient-centered care.
• Basic computer literacy.

Nice To Haves

• No prior in home or home health experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care with 60-minute sessions.
• Manage a caseload of 6-8 patients per day on average.
• Deliver high-quality, individualized treatment.
• Utilize evidence-based rehabilitation services in home and senior living community settings.
• Achieve clinical excellence and professional fulfillment.
