About The Position
Infinity Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to work PRN within our therapy team at Avamere Health Services of Rogue Valley located in Medford, OR. This position offers a flexible PRN schedule and utilizes NetHealth for point of service documentation with a laptop or iPad. As a therapist-run organization, we are leaders in the industry with standardized assessments and evidence-based practice for maximization of patient care and optimal results. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in occupational therapy
- State license

- One year of experience as an OT
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary
- Provide occupational therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians’ orders
- Supervise COTAs, directing and supporting them in the care of the patients you serve
