The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with physical, emotional, cognitive, and/or psychosocial deficits. This role involves assessing a patient's ability to safely and effectively perform independent living skills, designing and implementing appropriate treatment plans, and documenting patient progress. The therapist will also educate patients and families, plan for discharge, and oversee the care provided by certified occupational therapy assistants and therapy technicians.
