About The Position
Colonial Vista Post Acute is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist in Wenatchee, Washington. The OT helps residents regain independence with everyday activities and supports progress toward returning home. The role offers clinical judgment and freedom to create individualized treatment plans, within a supportive rehabilitation team that includes OTs, PTs, PTAs, and nursing. The therapist works with residents and families and contributes to their safety and independence.
Requirements
- Current Washington OT license.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong clinical skills, creativity, and a team-first attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is a plus; new graduates are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and create individualized treatment plans.
- Help residents improve daily living skills, including dressing, bathing, eating, and getting around safely.
- Recommend adaptive equipment and home safety changes.
- Supervise and support COTAs.
- Teach residents and families how to stay safe and independent.
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation and work closely with nursing and the care team.
