FOX is a primarily clinician-operated, professional private practice of full-time physical, occupational, and speech therapists, built on the foundation of Geriatric House Calls™. Requirements

Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program
Basic computer literacy skills
Current CPR certification
Cleared through the Florida Background Check Clearinghouse (for new employees in Florida)

Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services in a 1:1 setting to older adults in their communities
Help abolish ageism through therapy services
Drive rewarding patient outcomes
Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions
Create, control, and alter your treatment schedule
Be a part of an Interdisciplinary approach by a therapy team focused on functional outcomes
Provide evidence-based rehabilitation services
Provide clinically excellent care
