About The Position
This is a 13-week assignment for an Occupational Therapist (OT) position paying $70 per hour. The role is with PAM Health, which cares for chronically and critically ill patients requiring extended hospital care. PAM Health has over 80 hospital locations and employs over 11,000 people nationwide. The teams collaborate to deliver compassionate care and ensure the best possible patient outcomes. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing treatment programs in an age-appropriate manner, and contributing to the further development of services. Flexibility to work in various facilities within the PAM Health System is required.
Requirements
- Licensed as OT in the state where the hospital or clinic resides
- Current BLS certification required
- One (1) year of clinical experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Direct patient care
- Planning and implementing specific treatment programs in an age-appropriate manner for individual patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy in the PAM Health System
- Further development of the services
- Flexibility to meet the needs of the System within many different facilities
