Symbria is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our Home Health Rehab Team, serving patients in Orland Park and surrounding areas (driving up to a 40mi radius North, East & West). Requirements

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
• Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.

Nice To Haves

• Acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience

Responsibilities

• Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
