About The Position

Seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week critical need assignment. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence, mobility, and performance of activities of daily living. The ideal candidate is compassionate, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality rehabilitative care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license required
• BLS certification required
• Occupational Therapy experience required
• Experience evaluating and treating patients with functional limitations required
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans required
• Strong documentation and communication skills required
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams required

Nice To Haves

• Experience with electronic medical records preferred
