About The Position
This is a 13-week assignment for an Occupational Therapist (OT) with a 50/50 pediatric and adult caseload. PAM Health cares for chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care across over 80 hospital locations nationwide, employing over 11,000 people. The role involves direct patient care, planning and implementing treatment programs, and contributing to the further development of services within the PAM Health System. Flexibility to meet the needs of the System across various facilities is required.
Requirements
- Licensed as OT in the state where the hospital or clinic resides
- Current BLS certification required
- One (1) year of clinical experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Direct patient care
- Planning and implementing specific treatment programs in an age-appropriate manner for individual patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy in the PAM Health System
- Further development of the services
- Flexibility to meet the needs of the System within many different facilities
