About The Position
Ampersand Therapy, a women-founded and therapist-led company, is seeking compassionate Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join a local school district for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule. The role involves providing evaluations and treatments, completing portions of IEPs/documentation, and collaborating with the school's Special Education team. Ampersand Therapy is committed to supporting clinicians and creating an inclusive workplace.
Requirements
- Initial certification by National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy
- License by the NC Board of Occupational Therapy
Responsibilities
- Provide evaluations and treatments for schools
- Complete portions of IEPs/documentation
- Collaborate with school Special Education team
