An Occupational Therapist plays a vital role in Waverly Group's collaborative, multidisciplinary pediatric team by providing high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services to children with a variety of developmental, behavioral, and learning needs. This position combines direct therapeutic intervention with comprehensive assessment, individualized treatment planning, and close collaboration with families, schools, and fellow clinicians to support each child's functional independence and overall development. An Occupational Therapist provides individualized therapy, conducts evaluations, develops home exercise programs, and maintains timely, accurate clinical documentation. As part of our integrated care model, this clinician works closely with psychologists, behavior analysts, physical therapists, educators, and other specialists, including supporting children with autism receiving services within our ABA clinic.
