About The Position
Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN Home Health. This role offers flexibility and autonomy to work independently while providing one-on-one care in patients’ homes. The position focuses on meaningful patient outcomes rather than productivity quotas, with opportunities for additional compensation through COTA oversight. The location covers Amarillo, TX and surrounding areas.
Requirements
- Active Texas Occupational Therapist license
- Minimum 1 year of OT experience
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
Responsibilities
- Complete in-home evaluations for pediatric and adult patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals
- Supervise COTAs and review documentation for accuracy
- Provide follow-up visits as clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with the care team to support patient progress
