About The Position

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide occupational therapy services to children in school settings. The role focuses on helping students succeed at school and beyond by providing high-quality services based on their IEPs or 504 plans.

The Occupational Therapist conducts evaluations and assessments, writes reports, and identifies students’ strengths and areas of concern in fine motor skills, handwriting, and other areas. PDS provides support through a tailored mentorship program and offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• State Occupational Therapy License. PDS's licensing team can help candidates obtain a license for a specific state.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to students based on their IEPs or 504 plans.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments.
• Write reports.
• Determine students’ strengths and areas of concern in fine motor skills, handwriting, and other areas.
• Help students build skills for success in school and beyond.
