Occupational Therapist
About The Position
Infinity Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide care to adults with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and other medical conditions at The Terraces at Los Altos, a nonprofit Life Plan Community in Los Altos, California. The community provides a continuum of care that includes skilled nursing, memory care, assisted living, and independent living. The therapist will work with a friendly, interdisciplinary therapy team focused on quality care, evidence-based practice, and meaningful outcomes. The position offers scheduling options of Monday–Friday, Tuesday–Saturday, or Sunday–Thursday, with 4-, 6-, or 8-hour days. Mentorship is available for new graduates, and continuing education opportunities are offered through CEU360. Point-of-service documentation is completed using NetHealth on a laptop or iPad.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in occupational therapy.
- A state occupational therapy license.
- A commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care and collaboration.
Nice To Haves
- One year of occupational therapy experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver treatment that supports independence and participation in daily activities.
- Plan and implement therapy programs under physicians’ orders.
- Maintain documentation and communicate with the care team.
- Supervise and support COTAs in the care of shared patients.
