About The Position

This is a full time position supporting our Tanasbourne center and Washington County catchment. This position is responsible for OT evaluations, and development and implementation of the OT plan of care in accordance with PACE policies. The OT is a member of the Interdisciplinary Team and responsible to communicate and coordinate care with the team as well as multiple outside providers, caregivers and family members. Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Oregon Occupational Therapist License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • OTD (Occupational Therapy Doctorage)
  • 1 year of experience working as an occupational therapist in a geriatric setting
