About The Position
A community-centered healthcare organization in eastern Oregon is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join its interdisciplinary rehabilitation team in a scenic rural setting surrounded by mountains and outdoor recreation. The Occupational Therapist will provide individualized evaluations and evidence-based treatment across inpatient, outpatient, home-based, swing bed, and long-term care settings to improve patient independence, safety, and functional ability in daily living activities.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with a Master’s Degree or higher
- Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the State of Oregon
- Experience providing inpatient, outpatient, or home health rehabilitation services
- Strong clinical skills in ADLs, functional training, and adaptive equipment recommendations
- Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Responsibilities
