ExcelPrep offers two distinct programs designed to meet the needs of diverse learners ages 3-13: PreK–8 Academic Program Grounded in Direct Instruction and Precision Teaching Focus on core academic skills—reading, writing, and mathematics Explicit, systematic teaching methods emphasizing mastery, fluency, and generalization Designed for students with learning disabilities and neurodiverse profiles who benefit from structured, data-driven instruction Clinical ABA Program (Ages 3–13) Cognition-linguistically based program Emphasizes cognitive skill and social behavior learning within a structured instructional environment Integrates Applied Behavior Analysis with teaching strategies supporting language development, reasoning, executive functioning, and social competence Individualized, data-driven instruction focused on building foundational skills for learning, communication, and independence Across Excel programs, we center: Direct Instruction and instructional design Precision Teaching and data-based decision making Instruction grounded in behavior science research Occupational Therapy as a prioritized therapy alongside ABA in support of sensory motor development Our mission is to provide a nurturing, academically focused learning environment where neurodiverse students can develop strong academic foundations, cognitive-linguistic skills, and the confidence needed to succeed in school and beyond. The Role: Occupational Therapist (OT) We’re seeking a compassionate, collaborative Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality OT services in a school-based environment. You will work alongside ABA therapists, teachers, and program leaders to support sensory-mmotor development and functional skills that enable meaningful learning. Key focus areas: Deliver individualized OT services to neurodiverse children within ExcelPrep programs Assess, plan, implement, and monitor OT interventions aligned with direct instruction and ABA goals Support sensory integration, executive function, fine/gross motor skills, self-care, and participation in school activities Collaborate with families, educators, and ABA staff; participate in progress reporting and team meetings Document progress using data-driven methods; contribute to IEP/annual goals and measurable outcomes Provide training and coaching to staff on sensory strategies and adaptive materials
