Requirements
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Washington
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for providing high quality patient care
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing or post acute experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy services to help patients regain independence and improve daily living skills
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory standards
- Educate patients and families on therapy programs and progress
