Requirements

A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of California.
Strong understanding of therapy techniques, healthcare reimbursement, and documentation requirements.
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to working with patients.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement.
Experience with Kantime EMR

Responsibilities

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for the patients in the comfort of their homes, focusing on improving their daily functioning and quality of life.
Provide therapeutic interventions such as exercises, activities, and adaptive equipment to help patients achieve their goals.
Evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to maximize their independence.
Educate patients, families, and staff on the use of assistive devices and techniques.
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to create a holistic approach to care.
Document patients’ progress and maintain accurate records.
