About The Position
LTC Therapy is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services within our skilled nursing facility. Join a collaborative rehab team dedicated to improving resident outcomes and supporting functional independence.
Requirements
- Active OT license required
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous SNF experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assess residents' functional abilities and develop individualized therapy plans
- Deliver treatment interventions focused on ADLs, coordination, balance, cognition, and upper extremity strength
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on adaptive strategies and safety techniques
- Work closely with PT, SLP, nursing, and physicians to support interdisciplinary care goals
- Track resident progress and maintain accurate documentation
