About The Position
Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is a comprehensive multidisciplinary company offering Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapy, Massage, and Acupuncture services. We are looking for a Part-Time Occupational Therapist to join our growing outpatient clinic in Bellmore, which is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. This role involves providing one-on-one outpatient OT care, evaluating and developing individualized treatment plans, fabricating custom splints, documenting progress in EMR, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary clinical team. The setting is modern, with patients of all ages, and offers opportunities for custom splint fabrication. We provide a supportive, experienced clinical team.
Requirements
- Occupational Therapist Program Graduate
- NYS Occupational Therapy License or eligible
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
- CPR/First Aid Certification
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred (mentorship available for new grads)
