As an Occupational Therapist, your strong attention to detail and excellent evaluation skills are crucial to successfully restoring or improving each patient’s optimal level of function, independence and quality of life. This role involves performing complete initial evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, maintaining documentation, counseling patients and families, coordinating care, and assisting with the supervision and guidance of new personnel, assistants, students, and volunteers. You may also develop and conduct in-service training programs.
