About The Position

Empower Independence: You will evaluate and treat patients facing physical, cognitive, or emotional challenges, identifying the specific barriers keeping them from living their fullest lives. Design Custom Care: Using your clinical intuition, you’ll craft and implement personalized plans of care, selecting the modalities and treatment frequencies that best suit each unique patient’s goals. Innovate & Adapt: Healing isn’t linear. You will continuously monitor progress and pivot your treatment strategies in real-time to ensure the best possible outcomes. Educate & Advocate: You’ll serve as a vital bridge for families and caregivers, providing the education and adaptive tools they need to ensure a safe, successful transition home.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Occupational Therapy (OT) credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Bachelor's degree required.

Nice To Haves

Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
