About The Position

BAYADA is seeking passionate Per Diem Occupational Therapists (OT) to join their Early Intervention and Pediatric team in Delaware. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to make a significant impact on children's development and empower families. OTs will partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style, deliver therapy in natural environments, and use electronic documentation for each visit. The position requires an active Occupational Therapist license and prefers experience in Birth-to-Five and/or Home Care. BAYADA is a nonprofit organization committed to delivering exceptional care and supporting its therapists.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing
• Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care

Responsibilities

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
• Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development
• Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more
• Use electronic documentation for each visit
• Complete weekly scheduled visits
