About The Position

Occupational Therapist (OT) - Thief River Falls, MN Flexible Schedules | No Weekends | Full-Time Predictable Caseloads | Pediatric - Lifespan Clinic + School-Based Model | No Home Visits Supportive Productivity Target | Supervision Stipend Available 5K Sign-On + Incentive Bonuses New OT Graduate (0-4 Years): $33–$37/hour Experienced OT (5+ years): $38–$55/hour "Compensation is based on experience, licensure, and supervision responsibilities." Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active Minnesota OT license (or eligible by start date)
  • Passion for pediatric and lifespan populations
  • Ability to collaborate across clinic and school environments
  • New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply — structured mentorship provided

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy services in clinic and school-based settings
  • Maintain a 26-billable-hour weekly productivity target
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
  • Recommend adaptive equipment and educate families and school teams
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations and progress notes
  • Collaborate closely with caregivers, educators, and an interdisciplinary team
  • Supervise COTAs with a monthly supervision stipend provided per COTA
