About The Position

Cole Health is expanding in Cary, NC and seeking a confident, pediatric-focused Occupational Therapist (OT) to help establish and grow services at this location and within ABA centers they are contracted with. This is a part-time position, with the potential to build to full-time as caseload increases. Requirements

• Licensed OT in North Carolina
• At least 1+ year of pediatric experience preferred but not required
• Experience working with ABA facilities or difficult behaviors preferred
• Comfortable practicing independently while collaborating cross-discipline
• Passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential
• Growth-minded and adaptable in a changing healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow the OT presence in Cary, NC.
• Provide pediatric occupational therapy services.
• Collaborate with Physical and Speech Therapy teams.
• Manage caseload with autonomy.
• Work independently while collaborating cross-discipline.
