We are seeking an occupational therapist to join our rehab flexible workforce team! As a member of the flexible workforce team, the OT will support our outpatient rehab clinics throughout the Twin Cities metro area. Occupational therapists are part of an integrated team, and work with a wide range of diagnoses and conditions. We also have lymphedema opportunities for those interested! The preferred candidate will be trained and experienced in lymphedema, but where lymphedema experience is limited, Fairview offers mentoring and development opportunities for professional growth. In collaboration with patients and families, the OT is responsible for providing safe and effective delivery of patient care within scope of practice. This includes examination, evaluation, diagnosis, planning, intervention and establishing outcomes. We are an outstanding multi-disciplinary team of therapists, nurses, physicians, care coordinators working together for patient outcomes. FTE 1.0, authorized to work 80 hours per pay period. Schedule: Monday - Friday, generally 8:00am - 4:30pm. Provide coverage at various locations across Twin Cities metro including, Burnsville, Edina, Eagan, Golden Valley, Maple Grove, Maplewood, Minneapolis, St. Paul and Woodbury.
