About The Position
H2 Health Prime Living is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide 1:1 patient care within a luxury Senior Living community in Port Charlotte. This role involves evaluating and treating a primarily geriatric caseload with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, neurologic movement disorders, ADLs, and cognitive decline. The therapist will work independently and in teams, making decisions based on patient functional needs.
Requirements
- A graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- An active or eligible state license to practice.
- Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric caseload 1:1.
- Provide care for general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, neurologic movement disorders, ADLs, and cognitive decline.
- Work independently and in teams.
- Make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs.
