About The Position

Join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) team as an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week assignment working 8:00 AM
– 4:30 PM with 35 guaranteed hours per week. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat residents with physical, cognitive, and functional limitations, helping them maximize independence in activities of daily living and improve overall quality of life. This role requires strong clinical skills, patient-centered care, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) License required
• Strong knowledge of occupational therapy treatment techniques and adaptive equipment required
• Excellent communication and documentation skills required
• Ability to collaborate effectively with rehabilitation, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams required
• Knowledge of regulatory and documentation standards required

Nice To Haves

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
• Experience with geriatric rehabilitation and functional assessments preferred
