About The Position

Mind+ Neurology is hiring an Occupational Therapist to serve as the principal therapist in its Brookfield, Wisconsin clinic. The role provides significant clinical autonomy in an integrated team focused exclusively on headache, migraine, and neurologic conditions. The therapist will collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other therapists while helping build a specialized practice distinct from traditional outpatient orthopedic or hospital settings. The position offers full-time and part-time options, with full-time schedules described as 32–40 hours. The work takes place in an outpatient clinic with no weekends or on-call duties. The caseload is designed to prioritize quality over volume. Starting compensation is $44–$50 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist in Wisconsin or eligible for Wisconsin licensure.
Strong clinical judgment and interest in specialized neurologic care.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience treating head and neck pain and vestibular conditions.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with head and neck pain, vestibular disorders, and related neurologic conditions.
Develop and progress individualized treatment plans with significant clinical independence.
Collaborate daily with the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
Serve as the primary therapist at the Brookfield location, with support from the Director of NeuroIntegrative Therapy.
