About The Position
Wee Care Liberty POST is seeking Occupational Therapists (OTR) in Portage, IN and surrounding areas. Wee Care has been a leading pediatric intervention service provider in northwest Indiana and the southern Chicago suburbs since 1994. In Fall 2024, Wee Care joined Liberty POST, an early intervention agency that has provided high-quality, individualized services since 1994. Liberty POST, backed by Liberty Resources Inc., offers a range of services throughout New York State and now Indiana. They employ over 500 professionals who utilize a collaborative team approach to provide evaluation, direct therapy, and family education through child-directed play, focusing on the child's natural learning environment, family strengths and needs, and the diverse population served.

Responsibilities
- Provide early intervention occupational therapy services at both clinic and offsite locations.
- Evaluate, monitor, and track child's progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Test and evaluate child's abilities to determine realistic goals.
