About The Position

FeldCare Connects is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Occupational Therapy to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages. This position is for an Independent Contractor to serve Indio and the surrounding areas. As an independent contractor, you are your own boss and control your own schedule. FeldCare Connects provides administrative support, including assigning, communication, scheduling, care coordination, and quality assurance. Clinicians have one-on-one treatment sessions, determine the plan of care, and use an intuitive Electronic Medical Record system for easy documentation, often completed during the visit. The company connects over 2,000 clinicians to patients in their community by contracting with over 900 home health agencies throughout CA, AZ, TX, NV, ID, HI and FL.

Requirements

• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages
• Current license issued by the state board of Occupational Therapy as an Occupational Therapist
• The required license MUST be current, active, and unrestricted; a conditional, provisional, or restricted license will NOT be accepted. Limited permits will not be accepted.
• Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy as a Registered Occupational Therapist
• Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Reliable personal transportation
• Smartphone

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.
• Observe, record, and report the patient's response to treatment and changes to the patient's condition.
• Determine the plan of care.
