About The Position
As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will provide skilled therapy services in patients’ homes to help them regain independence, improve daily function, and safely perform activities of daily living. Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida Occupational Therapist license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- CPR certification
- Ability to supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)

- Home health experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations and home environment assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders
- Provide therapy focused on improving functional mobility and daily living skills
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and safety techniques
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Supervise and delegate care to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) when appropriate
- Document visits efficiently using AI-assisted tools
