About The Position

This position is a PRN position with job elements focusing primarily on patient evaluation and treatment of hand therapy clients. The individual must demonstrate the ability to interact with team members for an interdisciplinary team approach. Patient care is provided across the life span; therefore, clinicians will interpret data and assess patient’s needs relative to age specificity standards.

Requirements

• Licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia

Responsibilities

• Patient evaluation and treatment of hand therapy clients.
• Interact with team members for an interdisciplinary team approach.
• Interpret data and assess patient’s needs relative to age specificity standards.
• Assists in the instruction and training of Occupational Therapy personnel, students, home health aides and volunteers.
