About The Position

Milo Physical Therapy, a patient-centered clinic in Chicago, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide individualized, one-on-one outpatient therapy, primarily focused on orthopedics. The therapist may work in the Lake Shore Drive clinic, provide mobile outpatient visits, or use a hybrid model. This is an opportunity for a proactive clinician to practice with professional autonomy and help establish and grow a specialized occupational therapy program. The position starts part-time, with the potential to grow a caseload to full-time. The therapist will be employed directly by the partner clinic and use Prava Therapy’s AI platform, care models, and operational support.

Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Illinois.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while providing exceptional patient care.

Nice To Haves

• Orthopedic outpatient experience is preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized outpatient occupational therapy services with a focus on orthopedics.
• Evaluate patients and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver one-on-one treatment sessions focused on functional outcomes.
• Complete documentation using the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Manage an independent schedule and geographic territory.
