Requirements
- Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Compassionate and team-oriented approach
Nice To Haves
- SNF or post-acute experience preferred — new grads welcome!
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Support residents in regaining independence with daily living activities
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
- Provide therapeutic exercises, interventions, and adaptive strategies
- Document progress and maintain regulatory compliance
- Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on therapy goals and techniques
