About The Position

Lowell Community Charter Public School (LCCPS) is seeking a Registered Occupational Therapist to join their team. LCCPS serves 815 K1-8 grade students from diverse backgrounds, with a mission to foster creative, confident, and independent thinkers, global citizens, and leaders. The school emphasizes academic excellence, personal conduct, and a joyful, supportive culture. The Occupational Therapist will work with a caseload of students from K1-8th grade with a range of disabilities, collaborating with a team of licensed clinicians, special education teachers, speech and language pathologists, and a physical therapist.

Requirements

• Registered Occupational Therapist
• Experience with a caseload of students from K1-8th grade with a range of disabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of licensed clinicians, special education teachers, speech and language pathologists, and a physical therapist

Responsibilities

• Administering and reporting on standardized testing
• Writing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEP)
• Completing progress notes
• Providing RTI services to K1 and K classrooms
• Medicaid Billing
• Managing a designated space with updated equipment and resources
