About The Position

AB Staffing Solutions is hiring Occupational Therapists (OTRs) for multiple school-based openings with Kent School District for the 2026–2027 school year. Positions are available across elementary, middle, and high schools, offering an opportunity for experienced school occupational therapists and those transitioning into pediatrics. The role is full-time contract work with a Monday–Friday schedule, no nights or weekends, and school holidays and breaks off. Compensation is up to $65 per hour or up to $2,250 gross per week.

Requirements

• Active Washington State Occupational Therapist License.
• NBCOT (OTR) Certification.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students with fine motor, sensory, self-help, and functional needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy and consultation services.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Assist with IEP implementation and documentation.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation.
