The Staff Therapist shall demonstrate the clinical ability to evaluate patients’ functional status, plan, implement and document individual therapeutic programs. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in OT
- Licensed by Florida Department of Health, Division of Medical Quality Assurance
- BLS certification
