About The Position

Carolina Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join their team and provide integrated care for children from birth through age 21. Requirements

Licensed Occupational Therapist in North Carolina
Value collaboration, continued learning, and child- and family-centered care

1+ years of experience preferred
Strong pediatric candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat children with a wide range of developmental, sensory, and motor-based needs.
Utilize engaging, evidence-based interventions to help children participate more fully in everyday life, including play, learning, self-care, sensory processing, and motor development.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including OTs, PTs, SLPs, Psychology, and Behavioral Health, to share ideas, solve problems, and support one another.
Practice in various settings including clinics, schools, daycares, homes, community settings, and telehealth.
Engage in protected time for planning, documentation, and collaboration.
Utilize smarter documentation and sustainable productivity tools, including customizable templates and AI-assisted tools.
